Burning Down The House

Welcome to WhoGold, with more classic continuity from the days when you couldn't go a week without seeing 'the classic series' on the telly. Here's a screening of the Seventh Doctor's Ghost Light, broadcast by UK Gold... on Sunday 30th July 2000... starting at 9.40am... recorded onto VHS tape... in SP format... using a video recorder... alright, I think that's enough information, just click the damn play button...

If you watch to the end you'll find a couple of extra bits: the first is a short recording I made of UK Gold's interactive shopping experience (£11.99 plus P&P for the VHS? Those were the days!). The second is the end credits from Battlefield, shown the previous Sunday; unfortunately the rest of that particular recording is long gone, so... There. Will. Be. No. Battle. Here. Sorry, couldn't resist.

Thanks for visiting! Pop back on April 1st for the next WhoGold update - only a fool would miss it...

That showing was the first and only time I've ever seen Ghost Light. I recorded it then and I've got the DVD now, but never felt the need to watch it again for some reason...
